The Weekend of March 04 and 05, 2023 the Shetland Sheepdog Club of Houston (SSCH) will be hosting three (3) conformation shows and three (3) obedience/rally trials. The premium is now available.
The show will return to the new site, Haras Hacienda. The venue is a covered arena with plenty of room for grooming and 2 full size rings - one for Conformation and two for Obedience and Rally.
Also returning again for 2023 - Obedience and Rally will be open to ALL Herding Breeds.

About the Arena:
Other Features:
- The arena is used as an equestrian training and show facility. The flooring is not the typical "dirt" floor. It has GGT Footing with Ebb & Flow flooring. The flooring is designed to reduce dust and injury, providing quality footing for dressage and jumping. The flooring can be made to be as loose or compact as we need it to be. It will be raked smooth before the start of our show weekend.
Other Features:
- There will be an onsite concession stand that will be open for breakfast and lunch, with plenty of room to sit and eat.
- There are clean horse stalls that will be available to rent for those who would like to house their dogs overnight at the show site.
- There is plenty of parking. There are a small number of RV spots on-site, with hookups that are available to rent.
- There are campgrounds, hotels, dine in and fast food restaurants in nearby Tomball, Texas
